The website is also available in different languages, those options are towards the bottom of that website. The suggestions/opinions expressed from these sources are their suggestions/opinions. The activities that I shared from them in this document are appropriate for all ages.

  • Click on the Self-Care Worksheets PDF icon for various mindfulness/self-care/coping skills worksheets that you and your family could use. With whatever access you have, you could either print and write on these worksheets, convert these worksheets to a Word document and type in your responses on a computer/iPad/etc., or you could view these worksheets on a smartphone and complete them how you could. These Self-Care Worksheets are appropriate for all ages.
