Please take care of your wellness and mental health. You matter so please be kind to yourself and take things one step at a time.

  If you or someone you know are experiencing a mental health crisis please contact 911. For non-emergency resources, 211 mobile crisis is offering services to families via phone, Zoom, or Skype. Families can call or text directly to 407-720-0281. Another non-emergency mental health resource is the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

I am not liable for mental health crises during these times. Students, you must make your parents/guardians aware of your mental health crises. Parents/Guardians, you must contact the previously mentioned resources for mental health crises for support for your student(s) during this time, thank you for understanding.

Parents/Guardians, if you need to reach me please refer to my contact information below. I will only be checking my email during regular school hours and during regular school days. Please remember that emails are not confidential.

  Until further notice, I will be calling families to check-in with their students by using a private phone number. I will be checking in with students for at least a few hours a day during regular school hours and during regular school days. If you would like to schedule a time where I could check-in with your student(s) during regular school hours and regular school days, please email me at the email address below.
